Ordered from Rebelenergygummy.com? We got you covered! If something’s off with your order—whether it’s wrong, damaged, or missing—you may qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit if you contact us within 10 days of receiving it.
  • Snap a Pic! 📸 If there’s an issue, we’ll need a quick snapshot of the packing slip, the product, and the box with the shipping label to get things moving.
  • Processing Time ⏰ Once our stellar customer service team receives your message, they’ll typically get back to you within 5 business days.
  • Bought Somewhere Else? 🛍️ If you snagged our gummies from a third-party store or website, you’ll need to go back to them for returns or refunds.
P.S. All purchases outside our return policy are final and non-refundable—so make sure to let us know quickly if something’s wrong!

Shipping Methods
Depending on where you are and how fast you want your gummies, shipping times and costs vary. If you’re riding the Free Shipping wave, your gummies will cruise over via USPS Ground Advantage and get to you in 2-8 business days. Want them faster? We’ve got options!
  • UPS Ground: 2-8 business days after shipping.
  • UPS Priority: 1-5 business days after shipping.
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we don’t have more details than you do! Just follow the tracking updates we send you, and if you have any questions, the carrier’s your go-to.

Order Changes
  • Adding or Removing Items: If your order’s still processing, let us know if you made a mistake. We’ll try to help!
  • Address Mix-Ups: If you haven’t shipped yet, reach out with your order number and the right address info! If it’s already shipped to the wrong place, the best bet is to contact the carrier directly—here’s the link for UPS Change a Delivery if you need it.
Processing Times & Tracking 📦
  • Timing is Everything: We process orders Monday-Friday, and things may take a little longer during holidays, new product drops, or restocks.
  • Tracking Your Gummies: After your order is fulfilled, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Make sure to check those spam/junk folders if it doesn’t show up!
Delayed Updates?
Sometimes packages don’t update right away in the tracking system. Give it 1-7 business days for updates—no stress, your gummies are on their way!

Lost or Returned Orders 🚨
  • Missing in Action? If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of its expected date, contact the carrier to start a claim.
  • Returned to Us? If it’s due to an address error, just let us know where to send it back. We’ll hold onto it until you do!
Order Cancellations & Refunds
  • Already Shipped? Sorry! If your order is on its way, we can’t cancel or refund it.
  • Not Shipped Yet? No worries! Get in touch, and we’ll refund the unshipped products back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
